Rebecca Christodoulou
Rebecca joined eNL in 2022, as a Legal Resourcer shortly after earning her BA (Hons) in Media, Communications & Society from Nottingham Trent University. Since then, her role has developed, and she has taken on a more prominent role as Executive Locum Assistant & Training Officer. Rebecca now handles a range of tasks, which include but are not limited to:
Working closely with the locum team to provide support by assisting with candidate searches and regularly communicating with candidates from our database. This includes sending out job openings and company updates while ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Responsible for drafting and posting job advertisements on behalf of consultants in the locum team.
Ensuring that our locum division maintains up to date and relevant compliance information for all locum candidates.
Providing on the job training and mentorship for new employees, ensuring they receive the guidance and support necessary for successful integration into the team.
Assisting with marketing projects and initiatives, to support the company’s efforts to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall business growth.
