Following graduation from University of Central Lancashire with a BA (Hons) in Asia Pacific Studies & a MA in North Korean Studies, Beth initially joined eNL as a Database Administrator in 2022. Since then, her career has developed and after being promoted to Head of Payroll & Administrator in 2024, her role has expanded to include a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Overseeing candidate payroll for our Locum division - processing payroll and invoices and addressing any related inquiries to ensure timely resolution.

- Working closely with consultants to deliver effective support by assisting with candidate searches, resourcing and recruitment campaigns, as well as drafting and posting job advertisements on their behalf.

- Responsibility for ensuring candidate details are accurate and current by reviewing and updating records within our extensive database.

- Participating in / Supervision of additional staff training and development efforts.
