Lauren runs a hybrid desk in our North division dealing with both locum/interim recruitment and permanent appointments. She has previous experience working within Private Practice which has enabled her to grasp a full and comprehensive understanding of the legal system in an assortment of practice areas. This experience makes her well placed to provide sound career advice to develop the careers of legal professionals. Lauren is focused on developing her knowledge of the recruitment market to continue to add value to her clients businesses.

Understanding of the legal industry having worked alongside legal professionals ranging from Legal Assistants to Senior Partners and Barristers
Focusing on the North East, North West and Yorkshire specialising in the appointment of qualified and non-qualified legal professionals across the in-house, private practice and public sector markets
