We are seeing exciting developments within the industry and the appetite for quality legal professionals increasing at an unprecedented level.” Further research undertaken by Rebecca Barry, Operations Director revealed a 53% increase in residential property vacancies, 49% in commercial property, 40% increase in clinical negligence, 33% in corporate and 18% increase in Commercial/IP, with a slight fall in family, crime and a 100% decrease in insolvency positions.

A qualified solicitor, Victoria has worked for top tier legal firms specialising in all aspects of Employment Law. Having made the move to legal recruitment she now specialises in in-house legal recruitment, assisting influential clients and legal professionals with in-house opportunities.
With detailed knowledge of the legal sector, Victoria utilises her extensive experience, varied knowledge and skills across the legal profession to complement an in-depth understanding of a diversity of detailed business principles and practices. As a versatile legal professional, she develops and maintains strong working relationships at all levels, both with clients and candidates.

eNL Team Coordinator
Working in an administrative capacity, Linda has a strong motivation to get involved and make things happen. She undertakes a vast range of administrative responsibilities, covering many different activities within the business.
Linda is organised, personable and motivated to ensure that 'everything goes to plan'. Her previous roles have involved the management and supervision of staff and she is therefore an expert in tact and diplomacy when communicating with colleagues, whilst also adopting a strong persuasive nature when needed. Linda believes that knowing the strengths of her co-workers allows her to assist eNL to achieve maximum efficiency.
eNL Legal Resourcer
On the ball, results driven and highly motivated Nicky brings not only a sense of fun to the office, but a range of skills forged from recruitment and other business sectors. Having worked previously within the Network Group in a marketing and advertising capacity for all professional recruitment sectors, Nicky has gained a wide and varied knowledge of the industry. Taking a break from recruitment Nicky enhanced her talents further gaining experience in both office and people management, business development, marketing, PR and project management, assisting directors along the way.
Recently joining the team at eNL as a Legal Resourcer, supporting Rebecca Lawrence (Associate Director) Nicky will bring her wealth of experience and dynamic approach to her role. Additionally she will oversee all aspects of eNL’s marketing, advertising, IT and general well-being of the Midlands & South West region.
