eNL's Senior Management Team (SMT) have recently undertaken a consultation programme with both internal and external parties. The result; the unanimous decision that a new website and 'feel' to eNL's brand will be integral to the long-term positioning of the business as a leader within the specialist legal recruitment market. The consultation included a variety of stages specifically a Q&A with all staff members, external research amongst the local professional community and advice taken from numerous design & marketing agencies.
eNL employees were asked to give their thoughts on eNL's current service offering, position within the market and strengths against key competitors. In particular, eNL consultants focussed on personal experience and testimonials gained from clients and candidates.
With this feedback in mind, the SMT briefed and met with four local design and marketing agencies.
For the last four weeks, Operations Director, Rebecca Mawdsley and Gemma Jones, Associate Director have been working alongside Suzie Branch and Richard Spicer of Branch Martin Spicer to deliver a new eNL brand. With consideration given to fonts, colours, logo's and websites of both competitors and key clients, the goal has been to create a fresh new look with a professional and approachable feel. In addition, the team have been focused to produce a brand that gives longevity to the investment and is, most importantly, attractive to eNL's varied client and candidate base; contemporary; to hit top tier/in-house clients and candidates and traditional; to appeal to the private client and public sector side of the business.
The project is now in the final stages so watch this space for an 'new and improved' eNL brand coming your way soon!
