OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

The successful Technology Solicitor will join a company commercial group who handles major projects for some of the world’s largest companies. They will become a key member of the team and will benefit from fantastic opportunities to become involved in a full plethora of technology, media and telecoms matters. Due to the exceptional reputation of this client and the quality of the work they attract, the work involved in particularly international in nature. The matters will be interesting yet challenging in equal nature and will help and advise on technology contracts, helping and advising on outsourcing projects and providing additional support on corporate deals. THE TECHNOLOGY SOLICITOR:

Our client is keen to recruit a Technology Solicitor with between two and seven years of experience advising on this area of law. The Technology Solicitor should have a strong academic background and their experience will ideally have been gained at a leading city or national firm.  The appointed Technology Solicitor should be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of a plethora of contract types in the technology field. Due to the commercial nature of out client, it is essential that the successful Technology Solicitor has a good commercial acumen and be able to demonstrate strong technical ability.
