OVERVIEW:

The firm are looking for an ambitious Senior Associate or Partner with a network of existing relationships to join this very busy Insurance & Regulatory Team in Hampshire.  The incumbent team act for Domestic and European Insurance companies as well as businesses and individuals. The appointed legal professional will have a following and be ready to take an active role in marketing and business development. You should be able to demonstrate success in generating, growing and retaining work. The current team have niche expertise and understanding of the insurance sector,  specialising in all areas of insurance litigation ranging from small value claims right up to £multi-million cases. The team have a proven track record of handling all types of claims from initial liability enquiries, small County Court claims through to High Court and contested cases in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. They offer specialist advice to businesses on compliance with regulations covering areas such as health and safety, fire safety, environmental, bribery, food safety and consumer protection.

 

SENIOR SOLICITOR/PARTNER INSURANCE & REGULATORY:

As a Senior Solicitor, already having many years experience in insurance and regulatory, you will be comfortable in handling a broad spectrum of cases with confidence. Ambitious and passionate, you will be able to demonstrate great initiative and commercial acumen. Ideally you will have a reasonable understanding of the firm’s values and culture and be keen to raise the profile of the team. An existing track record in delivering and developing services and effective financial management would be preferred.
