This position is a strategic hire for this modern and entrepreneurial law firm and the successful candidate will play an important role in the successful growth of the firm. With an innovative business model, they are looking to bolster their offering with the appointment of experienced Senior Solicitors to work within their Birmingham office. You will be client-focused, driven and pro-active with the ability to develop the existing high profile network of the firm. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Associate or Partner in their current firm and will also have a variety of contacts across the West Midlands market from which to generate new clients for the overall business. Commerciality and a strategic approach are essential requirements for this role, in return you will be offered an excellent salary, fee share package and the chance to work flexibly on a remote basis - no KPI's or management responsibilities, just total freedom to fee earn with uncapped potential. Suitable Senior Solicitors will have a minimum of 7 years experience in handling their own caseload of commercial or private legal matters and be looking for genuine prospects for Equity Partnership (no up front capital injection required) Applications are also sought from Senior Associates who are frustrated at the lack of progression within their current firm, who are driven by success and preferring to take control of their own career. Ideally the candidate will live within reasonable commuting distance of Birmingham.
