JOB TITLE: Senior Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years’
This wonderful regional law firm have offices throughout the South-East and are continually looking to grow and develop their services. Due to recent change, they are looking for an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their team as the head of department, working autonomously on a varied caseload of conveyancing matters. The appointed individual will work on the full-range of residential property matters, including transfers of equity, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property as well as leases and re-mortgages for first time buyers through to high net worth clients.
As an experienced residential conveyancer, you will have been exposed to the full-range of domestic property matters. This firm are looking to expand the department, and as such require a personable individual with a flair for business development and a passion to lead the office’s expansion. You will be a confident and clear communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The appointed individual will have worked for a minimum of 4 years’ in a similar role and will be happy and confident in running your own caseload. Commercial Property experience is not essential but would be desirable and there is the opportunity to train in this area if required.
