Senior Family Solicitor, Leicestershire – A skilled and talented Family Fee Earner is sought after to oversee and lead the family department along with dealing with a varied caseload of privately funded family matters.

An ambitious and experienced Family Lawyer is required to join this established Leicestershire practice and undertake a full and varied caseload as well as oversee and supervise the skilled family lawyers within the department. The appointed Senior Family Solicitor will be managing the team and will also be expected to play a supportive role in developing and enhancing the profile of the team further. You will as the appointed Senior Family Solicitor be able to provide advice across the broad spectrum of family law including divorce, separation, children matters and financial matters.



Ideal Family Lawyers will possess Resolution Family Panel Membership although this is not a pre-requisite for this role. You must have at least 4 years PQE in dealing with your own caseload of family matters gained within a reputable practice who are committed to their family offerings. Experienced Family Solicitors or Legal Executive will ideally have some previous experience of managing, training and supervising a team as well as handling their own caseload of matters.
