THE ROLE:

This leading law firm continues to grow from strength to strength and is one of the leaders in the regional market.  Ambitious with a clear growth plan in place this firm is the place to be working.  The firm provides a full range of business and commercial services and are looking to establish a family practice in the firm.  This is an exciting and new venture and marks the strengthening of a well established private client team.   The firm are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor with experience in dealing with high net worth related family matters. As the appointed Family Solicitor / Associate you will be responsible  for all advising on all aspects of family law including nuptial agreements, domestic abuse, divorce, children matters and also matters related to unmarried couples.  During the interview process you will be required to write a business plan and if appointed this will become your job description for the months and years that follow.  This is a really exciting challenge for an individual that is up for a challenge but also some fun along the way.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Family Solicitor / Associate will be bright and ambitious and determined to succeed as there is genuine prospects for career development within this role. You will have gained training at a leading national or regional practice and will be technically competent in all areas of family law including advising on high net worth clients on financial applications arising out of divorce, cohabitation agreements, domestic violence and separation. Your client facing skills will be second to non as the role involve a significant amount of client contact with a number of high net worth individuals. You must as the newly appointed Family Solicitor possess the desire to network, business develop and marker and be passionate about this area of law.
