A driven and dynamic Employment Solicitor is sought to join this regional practice and become and integral part of the Employment team, this is a rare opportunity for the right person to join a well established employment team with a reputation for delivering outstanding client service.  This position will see you handling a caseload without supervision advising both employers and employees in a timely and cost effective manner.  You will also be expected to develop and maintain good client and commercial contact relationships and enhance the firm’s client base by effective liaison with existing clients.



This will be a challenging and demanding role, working to tight deadlines and supporting highly valued clients. In order to be a success you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years post qualified experience in employment law gained within a leading commercial law firm. It is essential that you can confidently manage your client matters to a successful conclusion by reference to their objectives and financial expectations and demonstrate a keen commercial acumen and understand the need to provide 'added value' to clients.  You will also have a proven track record of being able to deliver a solutions led approach, being agile and flexible to the challenge ahead of you.  Adept at business development as you will be integral in growing the practice.
