JOB TITLE: Senior Corporate Solicitor/ Corporate Partner
PQE REQUIRED: 10+ years’
This award-winning national law firm are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Solicitor or a Junior Partner into their Corporate and Commercial Department. The firm are welcoming applications from those who have a demonstrable history of successful management, alongside providing an excellent level of service on M&A work, joint ventures, company and business sales, management buy-ins and buy-outs, restructuring and cross border transactions.
The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 10 years’ PQE from a reputable city or regional firm. You will have covered a wide range of corporate matters and have an exceptional working knowledge of this area of law. As you will be joining the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department, experience in commercial cases including IP matters would be of large benefit. The appointed individual will have a proactive and strategic approach to problem solving and showcase a strong commercial acumen. You will hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a natural leader of people.
