JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years’
This wonderful regional law firm have offices throughout the South-East and are continually looking to grow and develop their services. They are now looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to work on a mixed caseload of landlord and tenant matters, commercial leases, assignments, development land, unincorporated business sales and purchases, ancillary matters and adverse possession. This role may also include a small amount of high net worth residential property matters. This is a senior role with the view to becoming the lead in Commercial Property work for this office.
As an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have been exposed to the full-range of commercial property matters. You will be a confident and clear communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The appointed individual will have worked for a minimum of 4 years’ in a similar role and will be happy and confident in running your own caseload. This role is open to qualified solicitors, CLCs, legal executives and conveyancers alike.
