JOB TITLE:                    Self-Employed Employment Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         5+ years

LOCATION:                  North of England – home working

SALARY:                        Generous Fee Share Arrangement

 

THE ROLE:

A boutique Employment firm is looking to recruit experienced Self-Employed Solicitors to take the reins of their career and become a member of their firm at an exciting time of growth.  Working with a primarily claimant employment client base you will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, choosing the cases you handle and the hours you work. This firm is in the fortuitous position to have a wealth of work to pass to consultants joining their firm at this exciting time, however an attractive fee structure is in place for those bringing their own clients with them. This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a role which can fit around your family commitments where your earning potential is truly unlimited.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The firm is keen to speak to you if you are a qualified Employment Solicitor with in excess of 5 years experience of handling claimant matters.  Prior experience of generating your own work is essential, as is a proven ability to effectively prioritise a busy caseload.  You will be able to work from home on your own initiative but will have access to office space if required.

PACKAGE:

This role is offered with a generous fee share arrangement and does not attract a basic salary.
