JOB TITLE:                       Self-Employed Consultant Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:           5-10+ years

LOCATION:                    Bristol

SALARY:                          £Fee-Share Agreement – £70,000-£200,000+

As a self-employed Consultant you will take full responsibility for your working life, choosing the files you work on, the amount of time you spend working and, ultimately, the amount of money you earn.

 

SELF-EMPLOYED CONSULTANT SOLICITOR:

The appointed Self-Employed Consultant Solicitor will be a highly experienced Solicitor from any background.  The reputable and forward thinking  firm are particularly keen to hear from solicitors with a following of at least £100,000

 

THE FIRM:

The firm runs a dual approach, with employed members of staff as well as a growing number of Self-Employed Consultants. As they have a well established team supporting the existing Consultants any new starters can be sure of an efficient and effective support network within the firm.  They will have access to all company facilities as well as secretarial support if needed.

 

PACKAGE:

In return for your hard work you will be covered by the firm’s insurance, have the use of their offices as and when required and have access to full secretarial support. You will benefit from a strong brand, extensive network and enjoy a firm culture with the highest standards and no hierarchy. In addition to all of this, you will take home the vast majority of your fee income.  60% of own work fees, 50% of fees if supplied by firm and 15% of any work you refer to another consultant in firm
