As the firm’s risk and compliance manager you will have full responsibility for ensuring that all the firm’s departments are compliant with relevant regulations. Working closely with the senior management team you will be expected to manage relationships with regulatory bodies and take responsibility for the supervision, training and development of everyone in the risk and compliance team. On a day-to-day basis you will be performing risk assessments, reviewing the firm’s compliance framework, managing the Lexcel accreditation process and investigating and reacting to any breaches of regulations.



We are looking for experienced risk and compliance executives with a clear aptitude for departmental management. Candidates must be technically and academically strong with a full working knowledge of legal risk, compliance and data protection regulations. Impeccable communication skills are a must as is a demonstrable ability to influence at a senior level,
