An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, driven and ambitious Restructuring & Insolvency solicitor to join a highly regarded and market leading team with an established reputation. With top tier recognition in the industry benchmarking directories, Legal 500 and Chambers UK, the team are known as experts in insolvency, turnaround, restructuring and asset recovery. The role will encompass both non-contentious and contentious work with links to the firm’s corporate, finance and real estate teams, amongst others, providing advice to all stakeholders in stressed and distressed situations including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.
Due to the nature of the work, previous experience in handling Insolvency and restructuring is essential and you should have a minimum of 2 years PQE gained at a well respected firm, acting for insolvency practitioners, lenders and other stakeholders with exposure to administration business and asset sales, security reviews and enforcements, amongst other things. You will posses the necessary skills to be able to work with minimal supervision and you will also enjoy interacting with clients both face to face and over the telephone.
