JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 4+ years’
LOCATION: West Sussex
This mid-sized regional firm are looking for a self driven and determined individual to join their residential property team. The current team work on the full range of residential property matters from inception through to completion, including transfers of equity, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property as well as leases and re-mortgages. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle their own substantial caseload working closely alongside the team.
The ideal candidate will be a hardworking and determined individual, with a passion for this area of law and a desire to aid in growing the business. Applications are welcome from senior individuals with a minimum of 4 years PQE who hold excellent organisational, communication and client care skills. The residential property fee-earner will work well under pressure and in a fast-paced commercial environment. This role is open to solicitors, qualified legal executives and conveyancers alike, given you have the skills and aptitude required for the role.
