JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years
The growing residential conveyancing team of this well established local firm is looking to add a knowledgeable Residential Property Lawyer to their team. Taking sole responsibility for a caseload of residential property transactions, remortgaging & equity release, leasehold transactions and new build purchases you will also be expected to undertake the day to day responsibilities of a head of department. You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years experience of handling a caseload of residential conveyancing matters. An excellent knowledge of all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including leasehold transactions from start to finish is a must for this role as well the ability to come in and hit the ground running. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have some management experience and possess the drive and ambition to develop your career further.
