This well established law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership matters. The role offers plenty of scope to progress and would suit a Residential Property Lawyer who is keen to develop their career within this area of law.
Suitable Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives will have a proven track record of dealing with their own caseload of residential property matters. You will be joining a team of individuals who possess a wealth of expertise across all areas of residential property and are keen to continue their recent successes within the local market. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have a well rounded knowledge of the whole conveyancing process including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership matters. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have a sound track record of dealing with residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat in residential property law.
