OVERVIEW: Multi sited, medium size national law firm with have a commitment to the training and development of their employees at all levels. The overall objective of this role is to become an integral member of the Property Team, with a willingness to accept responsibility at an early stage. To work with colleagues to help clients succeed in realising their business or personal objectives, through the efficient delivery of appropriate legal advice and assistance in the Residential Conveyancing Team and with the overall business plan for the Real Estate Department.

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR: Admitted solicitor, with current Practising Certificate with between 2 & 5 years PQE in the area of Residential Conveyancing is required.  You must have knowledge of residential property and the conveyancing process particularly as applied to acquisitions, disposals and leases of residential land and buildings knowledge of lenders requirements under CML Handbook and understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) fraud policies. Must demonstrate an ability to work to the SRA's  Skills Standards and to provide accurate, focused advice to clients.  Familiarity with and confidence in the use of  office IT applications and good typing skills. As the appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor  you will have great team working and collaborative skills, bolstered by a solid commercial approach to your work.
