Residential Property Lawyer – Herefordshire – 3 years+ PQE - Due to the continued expansion within the residential property department, the firm has identified the need for an additional Residential Property Lawyer to play a supportive role to the Head of Department.

THE ROLE:

An opportunity has arisen within a leading regional law firm in the Gloucestershire area. Having met the Head of Department you will be working alongside, this opportunity offers a fantastic quality of work along with a genuine work / life balance. The role will be varied and will include advising on residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.  The caseload will include dealing with all types of residential property matters such as re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, sales and purchases and lease extensions. Handling an excellent quality of work, you will be utilising the firm's case management system as well as working beside Residential Property Lawyers who have a real passion and dedication to this area of law.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

This genuinely exciting opportunity is open to Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives who have a demonstrable background in dealing with all types of residential property transactions. Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Lawyers with a minimum of 5 years experience in dealing with the whole conveyancing process from start to finish. Covering the broad spectrum of residential property law, the appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be advising on all issues related to residential property law such as transfer of equity, sales, purchases, and shared ownership and lease extensions. On offer for the appointed Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive you will have exposure to a high quality caseload along with sincere prospects for career development.
