JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 2 Years’ PQE
SALARY: Competitive + Bonuses
Joining a top residential property team, you will act on an agreed caseload, processing conveyancing transactions through to completion. The position will also deal with post completion matters. Your work will include, but is not limited to; purchase and sale of property, joint ownership matters and re-mortgaging to name a few. This role will also require you to keep up to date by training and research and to undertake any marketing or business development opportunities as required to extend the reach and presence of the team and firm.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will have gained prior experience within residential property matters through a seat or post qualification experience. You will be confident in your knowledge of a wide range of matters surrounding residential property. Additionally, you will be a team player with the ability to communicate efficiently between colleagues and clients. Organisation and planning are key skills for this role as you will be working on a full caseload, often under demanding deadlines.
