JOB TITLE:                    Residential Property Locum

PQE REQUIRED:         3 years+

LOCATION:                  Hereford

SALARY:                        Excellent

 

THE ROLE:

A new Locum Residential Property Solicitor role has arisen within a top 100 firm.  Starting on the 20th August for 2 weeks you will handle a busy caseload of high value residential property sales and purchases for a well established client base.  You will take sole responsibility for progressing files including buying, selling, mortgages and transfers of equity. This is a temporary contract which could lead to repeat bookings for the right candidate.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The role will best suit you if you are a career locum with prior experience of covering short term absences.  You will be a qualified Solicitor with in excess of 3 years experience of handling residential conveyancing caseloads.  To be considered for the role you will be available to commence a new locum assignment from 20th August for 2 weeks.
