This progressive and modern law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to handle a challenging and varied caseload of residential property matters. You can expect to deal with the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion. The successful Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will be able to come in and hit the ground running and run their own caseload of residential property transactions.
As the suitable Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive you will have a proven track record of handling your own caseload of residential property transactions. You will have experience of dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership matters. The firm are open to hearing from legal executives, qualified solicitors and CLCs with excellent technical skills.
