Calling all Residential Property Lawyers seeking a new challenge within their career as a Residential Property Lawyer. The firm are increasingly busy and have identified the need a skilled and knowledgeable Residential Property Lawyer to come in and hit the ground running. You will be expected to manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will be well placed to advise across all aspects of residential property matters and possess the ability to business development as well as prioritise your workload.
Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will have at least 2 years experience in handling their own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Paralegals who are able to demonstrate the relevant experience and skills within residential property. You will as the appointed Residential Property Lawyer be able to advise on the full remit of residential property law including sales, purchases, remortgages, leases and transfers.
