JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

SALARY: £Dependant on experience
Our client is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their busy team. Applicants should be either a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years experience of a Residential Conveyancing caseload using a case management system. The appointed Conveyancing Lawyer will be picking up an existing caseload and should have an organised approach to managing a full workload with attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work to deadlines.
Having gained a solid background within residential property in a well respected practice, you will possess at least 2 years experience of dealing with all types of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will be covering the full remit of residential conveyancing to include sales, purchase, equity release, remortgages and transfer of equity. Ideal Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers will be looking for a friendly and supportive work environment to really develop your career. Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work and able to work in a team are pre-requisites for this role.
