A new position has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a well established law firm and deal with full caseload of residential property transactions. You will be responsible for your own caseload of residential property transactions to include advising on all types of residential property transactions including; sales and purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages together with freehold and leasehold property files. As the appointed Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor you will be expected to deal the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion and possess the desire and commitment to business develop as well as conduct a busy caseload of residential transactions.
This position would suit a Residential Conveyancer who is looking for a new challenge. Applications are welcomed from experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers who are able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience in residential property gained within a reputable law firm. You will be able to work well under pressure within a high volume environment. Suitable Residential Conveyancers will have the ability to engage with people easily and be able to apply discipline and process towards optimising their performance.
