Do you have strong technical expertise in residential property transactions? In need of a new challenge within a reputable law firm where you can deal with a diverse caseload of property transactions? The property team have identified the need for an experienced Property Lawyer to handle a broad caseload residential property matters as well support the partners on agricultural and commercial property matters. The firm are increasingly busy within the property sector and as a result are looking for a Property Lawyer who can come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of transactions.
Ideally the appointed Property Lawyer will have experience of dealing with a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Having worked within a similar environment you will be able to work under minimal supervision and possess the capability to work effectively within a high pressurised environment. Suitable Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives will have a proven track record of covering the full remit of residential property and will have ideally gained some experience in commercial property and agriculture property matters.
