My client is a fast growing law firm and they are keen to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer into their busy team. Acting for a diverse range of clients, the firm provides a specialist legal advice across a range of services including commercial property, private client, dispute resolution, employment, family and corporate. The conveyancing team assists on all legal aspects relating to residential property including leaseholds, equity release, and transfers of equity, matrimonial transfer and the buying and selling of properties. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of matters and be looking for a creative place to work.


Applications are sought from experienced Legal Executives, Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancer with a proven track record of handling all aspects of residential property transactions. The firm are ideally looking for someone with circa 2 years experience and the capability to work well under minimal supervision. You will be self motived and possess first class client care skills. Well established practice who provides advice to a range of individuals and businesses on a variety of legal services. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
