Residential Property Lawyer, Norfolk – An experienced Residential Property Fee Earner is sought after to join a well established practice in Norfolk and deal with their own caseload of residential property transactions.

SALARY:                      £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:

A new opportunity has arisen for a well rounded Residential Property Fee Earner to join a busy team and handle their own caseload of residential property transactions. As a skilled and talented Residential Property Fee Earner you will be expected to handle your own caseload of matters residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Working closely with the senior fee earner you will be gaining exposure to a diverse caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, remortgages and new plots.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Lawyers, Paralegals, Legal Executives or Solicitors who are looking for a new challenge. Suitable Residential Property Lawyers will have proven technical expertise of advising on all types of residential property matters. Newly Qualified Residential Property Lawyers will be considered for this role however will ideally have experience of managing their own caseload of transactions.
