THE ROLE:

An opportunity has arisen within a recently established practice in the Norfolk area for a Residential Property Lawyer to join the firm on a part time basis of up to 3 days a week and support the busy fee earners on a variety of matters. Ideal Residential Property Lawyers will ideally have experience of dealing with all types of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion and be looking for the opportunity to play an integral role in developing the conveyancing offerings within the Norfolk market. Suitable Residential Property Lawyers will have the drive and desire to business develop and market within the local area as well as possess the capability to liaise with estate agents, referrers and other clients.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Paralegals, Solicitors or Legal Executives who possess the capability to run their own caseload. This role requires a pro-active and motivated self-starter who is not afraid of hard work and building up a caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will ideally have some experience of dealing with the full spectrum of residential property matters and individuals who have some private client experience are also encouraged to apply. If you have a positive attitude and are looking for a role which provides you with the scope to have plenty of client contact and autonomy then this could be the role you have been waiting for!
