Residential Property Lawyer, Cambridgeshire - An established firm in Cambridgeshire is keen to appoint an additional Residential Property Lawyer into their busy team to cover the broad spectrum of residential conveyancing.

JOB TITLE:                   Residential Property Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED:         2+

SALARY:                      £Dependant on experience

 

THE ROLE:

An opportunity has arisen within a progressive law firm in Cambridgeshire, for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to handle a varied caseload of residential property including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, buy to lets and re-mortgages. As the appointed Residential Property you will be responsible for you own caseload of files and be able to assist other members within the team on variety of residential conveyancing transactions.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

In order to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years experience of dealing with your own caseload of residential property matters. Ideal Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives will have experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property matters. You must as a Residential Conveyancer be able to deal with the whole conveyancing process from initial instruction through to post completion.

 

THE FIRM:

A superb opportunity for the successful Residential Property Solicitor to manage their own caseload of residential property matters.
