JOB TITLE: Residential Property Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years’ PQE
Working within a highly competent team of property solicitors, you will be responsible for carrying out a number of tasks, on behalf of an enviable client base. Your work is to include; the sale and acquisition of freehold interests, leasehold property and advising on lease assignments, enfranchisement, renewals and extensions.
As the successful individual, you will be an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in dealing with residential matters. You will be confident in your ability to provide a first class legal service and will have a strong ability in building and maintaining client relationships. You will have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with colleagues and clients appropriately. Additionally, you will be a team player, whilst also being capable of managing your own caseload independently.
