A busy and reputable regional law firm is looking to recruit an additional Property Lawyer into their team to deal with a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters. The appointed Residential Property / Commercial Property Lawyer will have experience of dealing with both commercial property and residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. As the appointed Property Solicitor you can expect to advise on landlord and tenant matters, leases, the buying and selling of commercial premises, remortgages, transfer of equity, equity releases and sales and purchases. The team have a long history of service to private and business clients in the property field and are well regarded in the local area.
The chosen Property Solicitor will ideally have experience of dealing with both commercial property and residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. A proven ability to provide an exceptional service to clients is essential. The ideal Residential Property / Commercial Property Solicitor will possess a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of all types of commercial property / residential property transactions. As the newly appointed Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will possess the strong ability to prioritise your workload effectively and cope with the ever changing demands of property.
