Our top 100 client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Associate to work under supervision on a broad range of residential property matters. The appointed Associate will be dealing with high value purchases and sales of residential property; secured lending; dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating leases/lease extensions, deeds of variation and licences; and undertaking other general residential property work such as property finance as required.



To be considered for this role you will be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and educated with a good degree and “A” levels (or equivalent). You will have gained A minimum of 24 months’ experience within a property team dealing with high net worth individuals. You will have experience of advising on residential property law and be able to demonstrate exceptional case management and meticulous attention to detail.
