To develop and lead a team of expert Residential Conveyancing Solicitors, you will be expected to manage a busy and challenging caseload covering legal matters and documentation as well as client based work. Having both a complex caseload and leadership responsibilities, this role requires a determined and focused individual.



With a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, the perfect qualified Residential Property Solicitor will have the capability to lead a team and be extremely personable between both colleagues and clientele. Handling a diverse range of cases you will be bright, determined and have the ability to organise a demanding workload from both new and existing clients. You will be ambitious and aspire to make an impact within the organisation, with the view of progressing your career to a partnership level, consistent with the views of the firm.
