My client is looking for an ambitious residential conveyancing solicitor to play a key role in the founding of a brand new conveyancing team. You can expect to be undertaking the full range of residential conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, leases and shared ownerships. You will be expected to carry out business development work although the firm does already have connections with local estate agents and referrers. There is the option for this role to be taken on a full of part time basis.



We are looking to speak to talented residential conveyancing solicitors or licenced conveyancers with at least three years PQE.  We expect candidates to be apt at building strong and effective working relationships with both clients and colleagues and to have a demonstrable desire to deliver a first class residential conveyancing service. A demonstrable flair for management is also essential.
