JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years
My client are looking to recruit a senior residential conveyancing solicitor who will eventually be managing a conveyancing department that spans several offices across Cumbria. You can expect to be undertaking the full range of residential conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, leases and shared ownerships. You will also be expected to manage the residential conveyancing department’s business development and contribute to junior team members’ training and mentoring.
I am interested in speaking to residential conveyancers who are qualified either as solicitors, legal executives or licenced conveyancers. Previous experience in managing a residential conveyancing team would be a distinct advance. Candidates must share the firm’s drive to deliver a first class quality of service to clients and demonstrate strong management abilities.
