JOB TITLE:                                 Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:    1+ year

LOCATION:                                 West Yorkshire (commutable from Doncaster, Huddersfield, Leeds, Pontefract and York)

SALARY:                                     Competitive, commensurate on experience

THE ROLE:

As a residential conveyancing fee earner you will be given your own dynamic caseload to manage with the support of an assistant. Your work will involve all residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, new builds, equity transfers, shared ownerships and leases. This is a non- target driven role in a friendly and relaxed team and there is the option for it to be taken on a part or flexi time basis.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

This is an excellent opportunity for residential conveyancing fee earners who are qualified as either a solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer and have a least a years experience in managing a full caseload. Candidates must have impeccable communication skills and a genuine drive to go the extra mile to ensure clients’ needs are met.
