JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
EXERPIENCE REQUIRED: 2+ years
The appointed residential conveyancing fee earner will be working on the full range of conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, leases and shared ownerships. They will be joining a dynamic conveyancing team and will have sole responsibility for the management of their own caseload, seeing cases through from cradle to grave. Contribution to the residential conveyancing team’s business development will also be expected.
We are looking for talented residential conveyancers with at least two years experience in managing their own caseload. Candidates must have excellent technical abilities with the intuition to work efficiently with minimal partner supervision. We expect candidates to be apt at building strong and effective working relationships with both clients and colleagues and to have a demonstrable desire to deliver a first class residential conveyancing service.
