PQE REQUIRED:      3+ PQE

THE ROLE:

Excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join this highly reputable progressive law firm in Manchester. You will be responsible for handling all elements of the conveyancing transaction. This will include handling all sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity. As the Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner you will be responsible for preparing contract documentation, conducting searches, dealing with exchange and completion.  You will have plenty of client contact and will be expected to take responsibility for handling your own caseload. In addition you will responsible for mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team. This is a superb opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic individual who is looking to further their career within residential conveyancing.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner you will have experience of working within a busy property department. You will have a keen eye for detail and be a conscientious dedicated individual. Communication skills are very important as you will be handling calls from clients and other key individuals within the process. You will be confident to manage a full caseload while dealing with supervisory queries from the other members of the team.
