JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3+ years
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a residential conveyancing fee earner you will be joining the new and rapidly developing Leeds branch of a market leading real estate team. Your role will focus on corporate conveyancing, and you can expect to be working on behalf of developers, financial institutions and investors. You will be working on all areas of residential property transactions including sales and purchases, property finance and equity release. On a day to day basis you will have responsibility for the management of you caseload of transactional files.
We are looking for talented residential conveyancing fee earners with at least three years experience in real estate, ideally with a focus on residential property. Candidates must have a strong technical skillset as well as the intuition to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision, often working to tight deadlines. Excellent client communication skills are an absolute must as is a demonstrable aptitude for working as a strong team player.
