As a residential conveyancing fee earner you will be joining a dynamic conveyancing team and will be working on the full range of conveyancing matters. You can expect to be working on sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, leases and shared ownerships. You will have plenty of client contact and will be expected to strive to uphold the residential conveyancing team’s impressive reputation in all your work.



We are looking for talented residential conveyancers with experience in managing a full conveyancing caseload. Candidates must have excellent technical abilities with the intuition to work efficiently with minimal supervision. We expect candidates to be apt at building strong and effective working relationships with both clients and colleagues and to have a demonstrable desire to deliver a first class residential conveyancing service.
