JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2+ years
LOCATION: Lancashire (commutable from Blackburn, Blackpool, Burnley, Halifax and Preston)
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a residential conveyancing fee earner you will have sole responsibility for the management of your own caseload, seeing cases through from cradle to grave. You can expect to be undertaking the full range of residential conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, leases and shared ownerships. You will also be expected to supervise and indirectly manage less experienced colleagues where appropriate and regularly contribute to the residential conveyancing department’s business development work.
We are looking for talented residential conveyancers with at least two year’s experience in managing their own caseload with minimal partner supervision. The successful candidates will have strong technical skills with good organisational abilities and be able to work effectively, managing multiple tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills are an absolute must as is a genuine desire to deliver a level of service that is second to none.
