JOB TITLE:                                  Residential Conveyancing Assistant

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:    2+ years    

LOCATION:                                  Bradford

SALARY:                                       Competitive, commensurate on experience

THE ROLE:

As a residential conveyancing assistant you will be assisting fee earners on all conveyancing matters from inception to conclusion. You can expect to be assisting with the full range of residential conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, leases and shared ownerships. The residential conveyancing department is very much an open and collaborative team, as such you will need to be able to work effectively as a team player.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking for a talented residential conveyancing assistant with a minimum of two years experience in a conveyancing environment. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills are an absolute must as is a genuine desire to deliver an outstanding level of client service.
