JOB TITLE:                              Residential Conveyancer

PQE REQUIRED:                     1 year+ PQE

THE ROLE:

Our client’s expanding residential conveyancing department are now looking to add an additional Residential Conveyancer to their successful team. They deal with a full range of services including the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties, buy to let, shared ownership, new builds and re-mortgaging. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will handle their own caseload of matters, to progress the matter from initial instruction through to post completion.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer who has experience of handling their own caseload of residential property matters, including acting on both sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties. Our client is happy to consider applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licences Conveyancers of varying experience level, as long as the applicant can demonstrate good quality experience and the ability to confidently work independently or under little supervision. The successful Residential Conveyancer will be well organised, have a keen eye for detail and work well under pressure.
