JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2 years+ PQE
LOCATION: Warwickshire (Commutable from: Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Rugby, Evesham)
The successful Residential Conveyancer will manage their own caseload of residential property files. The Residential Conveyancer can expect to undertake a full range of residential conveyancing work including, but not limited to, sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, leases and shared ownerships. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will also have the opportunity to network with agents in the local and build up a network of contacts ideally with the intention that will instruct the business on future matters.
The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have at least two years of experience gained in a residential conveyancing department. Our client is happy to consider applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers. The successful Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of residential property files from the initial instruction through to post completion and will be able to demonstrate that they can work well in a busy environment.
