This firm is currently looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to undertake a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfer of titles dealing with all financial aspects of a transaction. As the appointed Residential Conveyancer you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of files as well as ensuring that you provide a high level of service to a busy and diverse client base.



This opportunity will suit an ambitious and dynamic Residential Conveyancer with around 1-3 years of experience, who has experience of a varied caseload and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will need to have outstanding technical and business development skills, as well as being commercially astute and having a proven track record of successful client relations.
