JOB TITLE:                    Residential Conveyancer

PQE REQUIRED:         3+ years’ PQE

LOCATION:                  Surrey

SALARY:                       Competitive + Bonuses

 

THE ROLE:

Within this role you will be working on a mixed residential property conveyancing caseload to include; processing and agreeing mortgage and lease contracts, arranging transfers and handling other legal documents surrounding purchasing property. You will also be responsible for advising clients on the technical content of the documents and their financial implications.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the newly appointed Residential Conveyancer, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within this field and will have a demonstrable record of acting successfully on behalf of clients. You will also have the ability to generate your own caseload from referrals and bring in revenue for the firm. In addition, you will be organised, calculated and time-efficient in order to handle a complex caseload under challenging deadlines.
